Today, just before I had to leave, my brother alerted me saying "DC is online"... After asking if he was joking, I spammed DC's inbox with about 6-10 messages asking him to get on msn, and what he's up to.
When I got back, about 90 minutes later, DC was in fact on msn!
After having a nice chat, we got to the conclusion that TMN really needs to grow in order to make it more fun again. We are now thinking of ways (use the Comment function on this post if you like) to make TMN a more fun place again.
Things discussed include the TOS, Duping, Scripting, Social Community, mobile ways to access TMN, and so on.
I hope soon we'll be able to continue this discussion, and actually implement some of the ideas. I do know DC is currently working on some usefull things.

mta holders may not use their own mta when they are buying creds...
last time I saw a n00b called vague or something, first he higher the %, then he bought creds:S
I agree with the mta thingy.
Yesterday i was selling around 200Credits. Then Vague was offering me 2.5mill per Cred so i put them on trade.
After a few mins i see ive "lost" 5% more then usual (10%)
Then i took a SS for proof
How greedy can you be?
People like him ruins the game.

Vague didn't change his MTA percentage for that reason. I know for a fact he changed it for some other business he had with Mercer.
And even if he did so, I say it's a smart thing to do. Even if it's not really fair. :p

Tackling scripting is a hard thing to tackle. Trying to fight it off, without disgruntling normal players by throwing in more captchas and things like that.
I guess if he really is getting more active once again, things could finally change for the better.
Before all that, how about hiring some mods!!
I access tmn by mobile, id love it if you made it more phone friendly...

Sad how you can't post using your name on here making threats though, that's not the point of this blog.
And hiring mods might be too soon. No idea if DC and Marc even consider it, I wonder... :o
