2008 was the year of tmnX, which wasn't as good as everyone (including me) had expected. Unfortunately it took 8 months of 2008. The last 3 months were a lot better; TMN grew to about 400 active players again.
2009 will be the 5th year of TMN, and the 5th year I'm working on TMN as well. Which brings me to the future of TMN as it's in my head...
I hope TMN will hit 1,000 active players again in 2009. I also hope Huy will notice what has been going wrong, so we can work on these things.
Besides TMN, there's also my personal life. 2009 will be the year I have my final 2 semesters before graduation, and the year I turn 21 as well. Besides that, I'm looking at lots of learning, working, and having fun.
One more thing:
I wish everyone a merry Christmas, and a great 2009!

Woot Woot! Go MArC!!!
Thanks for everything, good luck with your exams and have fun xD. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
If you truly wish to achieve the utmost maximum player capacity, then bring back more "Old Skool" features that TMN was well known for, i.e.: Phone Providers, Avatars, Flash/Video's in profiles. Also make Boss/Don easy-ranks again, and turn off those ridiculous auto-logouts...Fair enough it stops scripting, but ask yourself, what was the main reason TMNX sunk? Yes, it may make the game more simple and basic. But it would increase the Players, and it may even bring back some old players told me, the reason a lot of people stopped playing was because "The auto-logouts were too ridiculous" and "It's not like the good old days". So maybe it's time to consider actually doing something, rather than just making these silly polls, and ideas.
With that said, Happy New Year, and let's hope 2009 will be TMN's "Golden Era" :3
Also, might I suggest making Gallardo's Maclaren F1, and Scags the best OC cars again? As bentley's seem to be a b***h to get ahold of now a days...Before I used to have my army of like 50+ Armed/Bombed Gally's :P
Oh yeah, also bring back Bombing cars, sick of signing on and seeing "Your car has been stolen! :(
Simple solution to that, don't join a crap network.
Considering n00bs only steal from good networks when they want to get shot? think first before spouting your "simple solutions".
